Peptara Wellness – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Peptara Health & Wellness LLC, doing business as Peptara Wellness (“Peptara”), processes, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories: 6–15 business days (delivery times may vary)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Signature Confirmation & Delivery
- Customers may request signature confirmation for added delivery security.
- If you decline signature confirmation, you do so at your own risk. Peptara is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows carrier delivery.
- We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking and arranging for someone to receive your package.
4. Risk of Loss & Customer Responsibility
- Risk of loss and title to products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Peptara is not responsible for delays, damage, or non-delivery once the package is accepted by the carrier.
- You are solely responsible for:
- Providing an accurate shipping address at checkout
- Ensuring safe receipt of products
- Promptly refrigerating or properly storing peptides and other temperature-sensitive items
- Providing an accurate shipping address at checkout
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses or left unattended are not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Failed Deliveries & Returns
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failed delivery attempts will not be resent automatically.
- You may request reshipment within 5 business days of notice, subject to additional shipping fees.
- If no reshipment is requested, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Peptara does not ship internationally at this time.
- Peptara cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses.
- Certain products may be restricted or unavailable in specific jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Peptara is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events outside our control.
8. No Delivery Guarantees or Replacements
- Once tracking indicates a package has been delivered by the carrier, Peptara’s responsibility ends.
- Peptara does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and does not provide free replacements or refunds for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
