At Peptara Wellness, we believe that the path to feeling your best begins with understanding your body from the inside out. Bloodwork isn’t about searching for disease — it’s about discovering patterns, strengths, and opportunities for improvement so you can take control of your wellness journey.

That’s why we designed two thoughtful lab panels:

  • The Core Panel → a strong foundation, perfect for anyone who wants a clear picture of their health basics.
  • The Peptara Wellness Optimization Panel → a deeper dive into hormones, metabolism, and advanced markers that help paint a fuller picture of your biology.

The Peptara Core Panel

This panel provides a broad wellness snapshot. Think of it as your body’s “health dashboard,” covering energy, nutrients, inflammation, metabolism, and organ function.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC with differential) → Looks at red blood cells (oxygen carriers), white blood cells (immune defense), and platelets (blood clotting). A balanced CBC shows your body has the building blocks for energy, immunity, and recovery.
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) → Assesses liver, kidneys, electrolytes, and blood sugar. These are the organs and systems that keep everything in balance daily. Tracking them helps you understand how well your body is processing fuel and maintaining equilibrium.
  • Hemoglobin A1c→ Reflects your average blood sugar over the past 2–3 months. Stable levels often correlate with steady energy and balanced metabolism, while elevated values may signal areas to improve around food, movement, or sleep.
  • Thyroid Panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4) → Your thyroid acts like your body’s thermostat — regulating metabolism, mood, energy, and weight. This panel shows whether your “engine” is running fast, slow, or just right.
  • Lipid Panel → Measures cholesterol and triglycerides. Beyond heart health, lipids give us insight into how your body handles fats and fuels.
  • Vitamin D (25-OH) → A vital nutrient for immunity, mood, bone strength, and hormone balance. Many people are low without realizing it, which can contribute to fatigue and vulnerability.
  • hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein) → A marker of inflammation. Chronic, low-grade inflammation can quietly affect energy, aging, and recovery — catching it early gives you the chance to reset.
  • Ferritin + Iron Panel → Iron is essential for oxygen delivery and energy. Ferritin shows your stored iron reserves. Together, these markers reveal whether you’re running low (fatigue, hair changes, brain fog) or holding onto too much (which can stress organs).
  • B12 + Folate → Key vitamins for red blood cell production, DNA repair, and nervous system health. Balanced levels support memory, focus, and long-term vitality.
  • Magnesium RBC → Magnesium is involved in hundreds of reactions in the body — from calming the nervous system to supporting muscle function. The RBC form tells us what’s actually inside your cells, not just floating in your blood.

The Peptara Wellness Optimization Panel

This panel includes all of the Core markers plus advanced insights into hormones, stress, metabolism, and performance. It’s ideal if you want to explore deeper layers of your biology and fine-tune your health with greater precision.

  • DHEA-S → A hormone made by your adrenal glands that influences resilience, mood, and aging. DHEA often declines with age, and checking it gives insight into stress balance and hormone precursors.
  • Testosterone (Total + Free) → Supports vitality, drive, muscle maintenance, and metabolism in both men and women. Total testosterone shows overall production, while free testosterone shows what’s actually available for your body to use.
  • Estradiol (E2) → A primary estrogen that affects energy, brain function, bone strength, and cardiovascular wellness. Both men and women benefit from balanced levels.
  • Fasting Insulin → Offers an early look at how efficiently your body handles carbohydrates. Elevated insulin may show up long before blood sugar problems appear — making this one of the most powerful markers for prevention.
  • Homocysteine → An amino acid that reflects how well your body is processing B vitamins and methylation. Elevated levels can hint at cardiovascular strain or nutrient gaps.
  • GGT (Gamma-glutamyl transferase) → A sensitive marker for liver health and detox function. Helpful for understanding how your lifestyle and environment are impacting your liver.
  • IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) → Reflects activity of growth hormone, which influences repair, recovery, and healthy aging. IGF-1 can reveal how well your body is maintaining vitality at a cellular level.
  • SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) → A protein that binds to testosterone and estrogen. High or low SHBG changes how much of these hormones are actually available to your tissues.
  • Cortisol (AM) → Known as the “stress hormone,” cortisol sets the tone for your energy rhythms. Morning cortisol shows how your adrenals are preparing you for the day ahead.

Why These Panels Matter

Your bloodwork isn’t just numbers — it’s a mirror of your inner world. By looking at these markers, you can see how your body is using fuel, handling stress, balancing hormones, and storing nutrients.

This isn’t about diagnosing or labeling — it’s about giving you the tools to:

  • Catch imbalances before they become bigger issues
  • Understand why you might feel tired, foggy, or “off”
  • Personalize nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle choices
  • Track your progress as you move toward your goals

The Peptara Difference

At Peptara, we created these panels to be practical, approachable, and empowering.

  • The Core Panel is your starting line — the wellness essentials everyone deserves to know.
  • The Optimization Panel takes you further — offering deeper clarity on hormones, stress, and performance.

Together, they give you the knowledge to not only see where you are today but also guide you toward the future you want to create for your health.
