PepLynx Biotech – Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from PepLynx Biotech LLC (“PepLynx,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This Policy forms part of the PepLynx Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
PepLynx supplies research-use-only peptides, chemicals, and laboratory materials. Due to strict quality control, safety regulations, chain-of-custody requirements, and the sensitive nature of our products, PepLynx maintains the following strict, industry-standard policies.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO RETURNS)
Due to safety, sterility, contamination, and regulatory considerations, all sales are final.
PepLynx does not accept returns of any products — open or unopened — under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated in Section 4 (Damaged / Incorrect Items Review).
This policy is essential to maintain:
- Sterility and purity of research compounds
- cGMP-chain-of-custody integrity
- Regulatory compliance
- Prevention of tampering and contamination
- Laboratory safety standards
Once products leave our facility, they cannot legally or safely be returned, restocked, or reused.
2. PRODUCT NATURE – RESEARCH USE ONLY
All PepLynx products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic use.
Because these are sensitive, non-consumable research materials:
- Returns cannot be accepted
- Refunds are not provided
- Only verified issues may qualify for replacement/store credit
- PepLynx retains sole discretion over all claim decisions
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled only if PepLynx receives your cancellation request before your order enters processing or ships.
Orders typically enter processing within 1–4 hours of being placed.
3.2 Non-Cancelable Once Processing Begins
Once an order is being prepared, packaged, or has shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled
- It cannot be refunded
- It cannot be altered
3.3 How to Request Cancellation
Email support@peplynx.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” and include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
If your order has not yet entered processing, a cancellation may be granted. If not, your request will be denied.
4. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
While all products undergo inspection prior to shipment, issues may occasionally occur during transit.
PepLynx will only review replacement/credit requests under the criteria below.
4.1 Required Reporting Window
You must report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.
4.2 Required Documentation
To initiate a claim, email support@peplynx.com with subject “Order Issue – Claim Request” and include all of the following:
- Order number
- Written description of the issue
- Photos of:
- The product(s)
- The vial(s) / container(s)
- The lot number / batch number
- Security seals
- Internal packaging
- Shipping box and external condition
- The product(s)
- Video is recommended for verification
- Any tracking discrepancies
4.3 Photo Verification & Lot Number Requirement
PepLynx may request additional photos, videos, or documentation, and customers must provide clear, verifiable evidence, including:
- Close-up of lot numbers
- Seal integrity
- Packaging condition
- Product labels
Claims cannot be processed without verifiable evidence.
4.4 PepLynx’s Sole Discretion
PepLynx retains the exclusive right to determine whether a claim:
- Is valid
- Qualifies for replacement
- Qualifies for store credit
- Does not qualify for any remedy
All decisions are final and made solely at PepLynx’s discretion.
4.5 Remedies (If Approved)
If a claim is approved, PepLynx may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a replacement product
- Provide store credit
- Provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate by PepLynx
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in rare, exceptional cases at PepLynx’s sole discretion.
5. SHIPPING ISSUES & NON-DELIVERY
5.1 Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to the customer once the package is provided to the carrier.
PepLynx is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by customer
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related delays
- Stolen packages
5.2 Incorrect Addresses
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:
- PepLynx is not liable for reshipment
- No refund or replacement will be provided
- Reshipment may be offered at cost (at PepLynx’s discretion)
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
PepLynx may restrict international orders.
If international shipping is permitted, the customer assumes all risk for:
- Customs seizure
- Customs delays
- Import restrictions
- Loss during international transit
Packages seized or rejected by customs will not be refunded or replaced.
7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree:
7.1 You will not file chargebacks for issues covered by this Policy.
Chargebacks are considered a breach of contract.
7.2 Improper chargebacks may result in:
- Account termination
- Placement on internal restricted lists
- Submission to fraud/chargeback databases
- Legal action & recovery of:
- Disputed amount
- Processor fees
- Administrative costs
- Collection costs
- Disputed amount
7.3 Legitimate Fraud
If a true unauthorized transaction occurred, PepLynx will fully cooperate with your financial institution.
8. REFUND PROCESSING (If Issued at Discretion)
If PepLynx approves a refund (rare):
- Refund is issued to original payment method only
- Refunds exclude shipping fees
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing from PepLynx, you agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Inspect orders immediately upon delivery
- Report issues within 48 hours
- Follow product handling requirements
- Use products only for lawful research purposes
10. FORCE MAJEURE
PepLynx is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or carrier failures.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
PepLynx may update this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.

All sales are final

You will provide full photo/lot verification if needed
PepLynx maintains sole discretion over all claims
You will not file chargebacks contrary to this Policy
